Dell is ordained, has a master's degree in ministry, and has served as a senior pastor for over 25 years. He has always had a heart for evangelism and gospel music and loves to travel and share the gospel through music and word. He is a popular speaker in churches, conferences, and colleges.
In high school he enjoyed singing with his father and uncle in the "Harborside Gospel Quartet" as they traveled throughout Maine. In Bible college he earned a bachelor's degree in music and Bible, and also formed a gospel quartet that had the opportunity to sing all over the eastern US.

It was in college where he met his wife, Susan, and they were married in 1976 upon graduation.

People always enjoy his deep, rich baritone voice and along with his heart for ministry, quick wit, and likeable style, he encourages and motivates people wherever he goes.
